Denise Poley is a Senior Manager based in Charlotte, NC and leads Accenture’s Third Party Liability Offering.  Denise has over 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors including 15 years of leadership experience in state government.  Most notably, Denise served as the Revenue Director for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS).  At EOHHS, Denise consolidated and managed $8B of cost containment and revenue optimization functions including third party liability, program integrity, cost accounting, rate setting, federal and state budget forecasting and reporting.  Denise also has 12 years public sector consulting experience where she helped lead strategic planning and launch Medicaid transformation, cost containment and revenue optimization initiatives.
