Kim V. Eisen serves as the Procurement Director for the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing. At present, she has oversight of the Department’s purchasing and contracting services. Her public procurement experience has involved solicitation development, negotiating terms, drafting contracts, managing vendor performance and contract management, including IT procurements. Previously, she managed a Project Management Unit directing systems development and operational projects for Colorado’s Medicaid eligibility system and health information technology systems. Ms. Eisen holds a master’s degree from the University of South Florida.
